2009 NEW Leadership™ Alumnae Survey Report
Before NEW Leadership™ I had never considered a career in the public sector... After NEW Leadership™ I joined a nonprofit board, worked for a city department and started down the path that now has me leading a non-profit that assists hundreds of non-profits in my community.
A CAWP survey of more than 800 NEW Leadership™ alumnae confirms the success of the program! Alumnae report that participating in NEW Leadership™ encouraged them to become more involved in politics, educated them about the political process and increased their overall self-confidence and leadership skills.
